The biggest question first is whether or not you have closed cooling.

Closed cooling is the system that utilizes antifreeze.
I'm aware, but you'd be surprised how many owners don't know if they have closed cooling or not.
I have the same setup as you. You should be able to just drain it all and refill. Opening your block drains will get most of it out, but the two lines going to your hot water heater will need to be drained also. I'd be inclined to blow them out with air pressure. You'll need to crack your thermostat housing to get both sides emptied I believe.
Once it's drained, refill. I'm sure there are other ways, but you can't simply do a drain and fill with a pump. It won't swap the old and the new 1:1. You'll end up just mixing the two in places and you'll probably leave a lot more of the old AF than you want.
