Does anyone have a color match paint to the bilge gelcoat for a 2011 520 Sedan bridge? I assume they used the same bilge color all their boats of that time frame.
Also, what paint have people used that can be color matched?

Here are few pics of the color.

That looks like bilge oyster which is what I just used on my 07. Spectrum Colors will mix it in gel coat which is the best way to go if you prep it correctly.
I don't see a spot in that bilge that needs it!

Thanks. I will check out that color from spectrum. This is the area that needs work. I had a leak and it stained the gel coat badly.

I always got some water in the bilge of my 340da. Not enough to have the pumps run but enough to annoy me. I vacuumed it out At least every other weekend. On this boat I always have a little water too, again not enough to run the pump but about 1” in the low spots. I added bilge dry system to the 2 bilges this winter so hopefully this takes most of the water out of the bilge so I don’t have to keep vacuuming.

Hmmm...I think you just wanted to show off your beautiful bilge, sir!!! :)

Nice.
I have the 375 which is the 340da international version. must be common with them.

I would try a red scotch brite pad and a cleaner like lime away or even spray nine to see if it will come off. Any place you want to gel coat or even paint needs to be well sanded and that area will be tough to get at with a power tool.

It takes forever to find and plug every hole. 5 seasons on our 290 and I finally have no water, even after downpours.

We had, in no particular order, these leaks:
Rub rail
Swim platform trim mounting screws (SR used too long of a screw and it popped through)
Stanchions
Port windows
Windshield frame
Windlass
Lazarette lid (designed to drain into bilge, drove me nuts)
ER hatch (would drip into bilge when I washed the cockpit floor)
Shower drain hose
canvas leaks at seams and zippers

I'm sure there were more. Once you start down the dry bilge route there is no turning back :)

I have had good luck with a product called "FSR" from Davis.
That is one good looking bilge!

I have used FSR. I am going to try to clean it up this weekend. The factory didn’t seal the cut out for the rudder indicator arm so that area will need to be sealed and gelcoated anyway so if it doesn’t clean up then I will have prep it best I can and do the whole area.
