Cabin speaker removal question

I just replaced my stereo so I could have bluetooth and a functional remote. For $40 you can't beat this Pyle lol I'm not looking to blow out any ear drums so it's perfect for us.
My question is about the speakers in the cabin. I need to replace one, so I'm going to replace the pair How do you remove them? Do the fabric grills pop off? They didn't feel like it. I'm hoping I don't have to remove the whole piece they attach to, but it doesn't look like it's a big deal if I have to.

Turns out they're just a friction fit. I couldn't see the screws that held the speaker mount in place until I stuffed my camera phone down behind.

The hole the grill slides into is 7 1/4". The grills that come with the 6 1/2" speakers are only 7". I think the fabric speaker grills are dated so I'm going to see what else I can come up with.
