I looked long and hard and didn't see a specific year mentioned for when the cabinet hazing was at it's worst and what year it began to get better.

Looking at an 03 and an 05 boat. 03 has the high gloss finish on the cabinets and the 05 has more of a muted look. Do either of these finishes have a higher incidence of hazing or issues? Other than the appearance, anything to note between these two different finishes?

TIA

In general, it was happening in the 1998-2001.5 and the 2007 to 2013ish vintage where it was the super glossy darker finish.

Some of the 2007 boats still had the matte finish which was also not effected.

I have never seen the milky looking finish in the 2002-2006 boats where the finish isn't super glossy.

My 05 cabinets never hazed however my salon table started to get milky even though 50% of it's life was spent under the master cabin berth. I assume the cabinets and table were made with different materials and finishes?

The glossy Hi-Lo table in our 2006 saloon is milky. The glossy dinette is not.
