We are bringing the boat with us on our Cape vacation at the end of July. Can anyone recommend a transient friendly marina, or yacht club, around mid-cape?

Also, I'm hoping to get to the Aquapalooza in Hyannis, and take a trip to the Elizabeth Islands.

Until recently, I've trailered all of my boats (18', 17', 24') and I've never had a problem with rocks. Although, I've never travelled more than 2 hours.

We stay in Harwich.

I believe there's a ramp in Harwichport.
If memory serves me right, it's in Saquatuckett Harbor.

Hi Charlie,

I'll be in Falmouth from the 21st-28th. Maybe I'll see you on the water!

As far a marinas are concerned, I know that Hyannis Marina offers transient slips. Availability may be an issue in July, but there's no harm in calling. I bought my boat from these guys. Big Sea Ray dealer. Very nice operation down there: http://www.hyannismarina.com/

Happy Hunting!

Hey Charlie: Call the Harwisch Harbor master he will have a slip and there is a ramp rte on 28 easy in easy out. It's a short hop over to Chatham. Great water and you should see the seals.
