Cmd4 won't turn on when I select ON. It says there is an line fuse...but where?

As an aside, what provide electrical power to this unit.

Thanks

The head-unit has a ground circuit and a constant battery positive (B+). This B+ can actually be wired battery direct to maintain memory or it can be wired on the boat side of the battery switch(s). The third circuit is the turn-on trigger. This can be A) tied to the B+ so the head unit's power button is how its turned on/off B) wired to the ACC position of the key switch or C) wired to helm rocker or master switch in the main panel. A volt meter and access to the rear of the unit is needed. There is a fuse right off the back of the head unit in the B+. There is likely another fuse or breaker at the source. The turn-on is also likely fused or breakers at the source, if its through a rocker.

All three circuits are needed to make the head unit power up.

OK...so to turn it on (when it was working) I needed to have the batteries energized, stereo swith turned to on on the DC panel and turn on the ACC at the helm. So that would be what you had as option B). There is a fuse at the helms fuse panel for the stereo...but funny thing is I stopped down this morning and if I open the head unit and push the CD discharge then it sounds like it is spinning. Does that mean it is getting power?

So wire for ACC power had pulled out of harness and 1A fuse was blown. Replace fuse, turn on ACC at helm and Stereo switch on DC panel and measured the voltage at the ACC wire pin. It reads zero. Checked the EIM breaker at the helm for the stereo and it doesn't appeared tripped although it's not 100% clear from reading the manuals what constitutes tripped. It doesn't look like the center part of the breaker has popped out. Is that how you tell its tripped?

So I think the ACC pin pulled out when I was trying to pull the radio out last fall. Prior to that it worked fine. So any final suggestions?
