Anyone know the "name" of these controls? Can't seem to find a definitive answer. Looking to replace. Thank you.

Looks Like early 90's Morse stuff.

Find the parts manual for your model at searay.com
That should tell you for certain.

Throttle and shift.

But I agree. I think sea ray used Morse controls in that day. Try some searches.

Looked up the parts, they are teleflex which helps and have part numbers but part numbers are dead ends.

Those are Morse Controls now owned by Teleflex. And the above link is exactly what I was going to post before I saw that. Those are the exact replacements and very nice manual controls.
