corroded wire ?

I am installing new bilge pumps on a used boat, the previous must of had some problems cause I went to strip some of the insulation back and the copper wire looks black, I checked it for continuity , it was good,what do you think ? replace ?

Do it now or do it later. Use marine tinned wire when you do
