I previously posted about this problem that i "think" i might have with crankcase pressure. Here is a video. The dipstick has been pushed out twice and puked oil out of the motor. I have been talking with a Kohler service guy. He has been helpful trying to help me over the phone looking for any problem. Compression check seems to be good at around 150psi on each cylinder. replaced the reed and filter in the crankcase vent. I just have no frame of reference if what i see is a problem or not. Maybe the o-ring that seats my dipstick is worn and needs to be replaced. If anyone who has a 7.5ekd could start their generator and pull the dipstick and tell me, man it would be helpful. Thanks!
