I've started to but honestly, it's overwhelming the amount of information.

Do you have any pictures of your turbo's color and the piping to and out of the aftercooler? That tells alot about the engines life, if not repainted. Tony over at SBMar would ask for this info and give you some solid free guidance. My worry would be how the engine was treated prior to you getting it. Even at 2650 RPM's with a boat that runs heavy you may be in trouble. I have the mechanicals and hit 2700, but i'm going to try and get another 50 rpms tuned into them in the off season.
