curious about fittings in gunwale

Hi,

I just bought my first Sea Ray. It is a Sundancer 350. There are 2 SS fittings on each side that I would guess are for some sort of fender hanger. I've looked online and I can't find any fender holders for sale that would go into the fittings, so maybe that is not what they are. I've attached a picture. Can somebody tell me what these are?

I need a close up to help but yes they are Fender hangers, I am guessing made by Taco... Send a better close up pic. They are pretty cool, but you need to make sure they were bedded properly.

It looks like the Taco quick release fender lock to me...

They were factory installed.
