Diesel engine and hot water tank hookup

    Don’t forget to add an anti scald or tempering valve. The water heater will produce water as hot as your engine coolant. Much higher than a home heater. I shut off the coolant connection to my water heater because the water was dangerously hot.

    It is doable and no problem to do it, as we did to my dad's 2001 410DA with 3126TAs(port engine). Just make sure you bleed well the fresh water circuit, DAMHIK. The boat is 700+kms remote to me so sorry no dimensional info.
