Looking for any recommendations on a beverage holder for my dinghy. Ideally I don’t want to have to drill it in anywhere and would rather use a clamp style beverage holder that would clamp on to the side of the metal next to the seat or the metal tubing going up to the steering well on the eurohelm of my dinghy.

Including a pic so you can see my setup.

I'd say to get your drill out and install a couple of Bar Buoy Drink Holders. You only need to drill tiny holes for the two screws that hold the mount to whatever surface you want. They are gimbal mounted so they won't spill your drinks. I've used them for years and love 'em.

seasucker all the way.

+1 on Seasucker. Installed the flip down square holder on the side of the console, and broke it off within a week. Too small of a space on the rib. My Seasucker 2 cup holder is on the FLOOR, at the helm, against the starboard side. Much more stable than one hanging vertical on the console. The guests are on their own. ;-)

@Havana Shamrock / @Gofirstclass / @randerson / @ocgrant / @370Dancer - I really appreciated all your suggestions. Last weekend I went to the Hermosa Beach West Marine store to see if I could find any of your recommended drink holders. In that section of the aisle I came across this:

https://www.westmarine.com/buy/kasswinns--liquid-caddy-cup-holder--13141957

It was only $19.99 and came in black or white. I figured for 20 bucks I would give it a try. It is super simple to mount. I bought one and put it on my wife's side ... but I think I am going to go back to Hermosa Beach this weekend (the Marina del Rey West Marine doesn't stock drink holders for some reason) and pick up a second one for the captain's side. Here is a picture of it installed:

Where in the world is a West Marine in Hermosa Beach?!? Granted, I haven't been there for 20 years. Had a company in Torrance, and always stayed at the Sea Sprite, or the Best Western at Redondo Beach, behind the pier. Way too many memories of that Strand. Scottys on Sunday for a HPD, Lighthouse for jazz in the afternoon, and I played at just about every bar there, before they paved it over and quit letting cars park between the venues. Zola Moon and Barry Levinson if you are that old, at the 2nd story bar on Redondo Pier. (Name escapes me). Sorry for the hijack, and thanks for the memory jog.
Sushi, Saki, Sex!

I don’t remember where I bought them. They are rubber. Work great! I think I bought them at West Marine about 6 years ago

Hey @370Dancer - West Marine is up on PCH near Herondo Ave - well away from the craziness of Pier Ave.

Sea Sprite, Scottys and Lighthouse are all still there!

Is the place at the Redondo Pier you are thinking of “Starboard Attitude”?

I’ve lived in Cali for 10 years...so missed you by 10!
