Electrical problem Mercruiser 6.2 injected

On my Sea ray Sundancer 2002 I have a problem on the port engine This one was changed by the previous owner only 600 Hours but many electrical issues we change the alternator ,the belt the pulley but when the engine start a funny noise appear like a bad belt tension but it is not on other hand le starter fuse burned ,the ignition module stopped working we change it and after 10 hours approximatively it burned again my mechanic did not have any clues
If someone got an idea or the same experience
Infos all the batteries are new

Your english is a bit choppy guessing your not in the US.
On these newer motor I`ve found the 90A fuse link on the starer post melts because of a loose connection to the alt orange wire. You should find a Orange and a Red wire there. I cut the Red wire away and wire it directly to the stud, the REd wire is main system poer and is protected by a 50A circuit breaker.
the alt orange wire I splice in a 80A Maxi-Fuse with crimped connections

A squealing belt can be the idler pully`s bearing or a alt that is in high charge rate pumping out max amps. This could be a sign of a bad battery

Hello thank you so much about all these informations In other hand you are right I speak English like a French living in Florida but yes it is not may mother language I gonna check the wires and about the belt noise your explanation is good hight charge rate pumping out I will investigate in this direction even the batteries are new
