Engine won’t start

I have mercruiser 7.4 MPI 1997. It won’t start.
There are sparks on all spark plugs as well as correct fuel pressure on a fuel rail. Once I took out spark plugs I’ve noticed they are all dry indicating injectors don’t open.
All fuses are ok and there’s 12v on all 8 injector wires.
I put Noid light to check if there’s signal coming from computer to injectors. It’s not .
My computer is ok although it was tested few moths ago.
Layniard switch is at on position.

If you don't have them get the wiring diagram an test all power and grounds going to the ECM. May even want to load test all of them also if they check out ok with your DVOM.
