Fiberglass repair wanted NJ

Hi Everyone. I recently bought a 2004 Sea Ray 200SE. My first boat! It seems to be in good shape mechanically. It does have stress cracks in front of the windshield on both sides. Most of them have micro gaps but a few are wider and deeper. I was thinking of having them fixed over the winter (and I understand this will be expensive). My marina pointed me to a local auto buy shop that does some boat work. I am reluctant to go with this recommendation. I was hoping to find a shop that specializes in boat fiberglass repair and has a good track record. I live in Northwest New Jersey. Does anyone have a recommendation. Thanks

Sorry for the terminology. Are you sure its actual cracks and not just crazing which is just very small flex cracks in the deck?
