I called my marina this morning (I'm 2.5 hours away) to get their opinion on this weather. Much to my delight they had already put a heater in my engine compartment yesterday. This will be my first full season at this marina (Dubuque Yardarm) and I think I am going to sleep a whole lot better knowing they take care of their customers.

I think that your marina did a good job, what a service!
Don't be afraid that it goes wrong that quick because the temp of the water protects the engine compartment from your boat also.
But I hope you did take care of your water system.
