I'm in the midst of fixing my cabin door. I took the door apart and found a broken track, a broken train and a bunch of broken trucks. Now that I've educated myself I understand that the doors are put together with tracks, trains and trucks. The four trucks on the bottom of the two doors appear to be 23mm. The trucks on the upper doors seem to be 25mm and 31mm. The Inner door has something that was screwed along the left side edge of the door that seems to be a strip of black plastic. It was disintegrated. FPMarine said that is a "Catcher". It's what makes the inner door move when sliding the outer door. They don't sell that piece nor do they know the dimensions. If anybody else has gone through this project and can tell me what this catcher is so I can order something similar I would appreciate your help.
Thanks Art

Thanks for the response. I also have a broken upper track and i ordered the replacement from Boat Outfitters.
Regarding the part I'm looking for, I talked to a Sea Ray Dealership's parts department and he told me the same thing the FPMarine told me. That part is a plastic strip called the "catcher".
It screws into the left edge of the inner door and I believe its purpose is to allow the inner door to catch the outer door as it slides open so they move in unison. They both told me that a replacement part is not manufactured. I can try to use a 1" x .25" X 3' rigid plastic strip, neither was sure of the actual dimensions but they both agree it's not necessary.
Hopefully that parts will arrive before Saturday and I'll complete fixing the door over the weekend.

I just did this job two weeks ago on my 310. Replaced all the tracks, trucks and trains. That piece of plastic on my boat was in preetty good shape, just cracked a bit at the top. Depending on how much of the tracks and trucks you are replacing, it's a bit of a job to get both doors lined up properly so they slide well. Mine came out good but not great.

I don't remember the dimensions but am going to the boat tomorrow and can measure it.

I purchased my parts from Teak Isle Mfr in Florida a few years back when my door needed repair. My understanding is that they were now the manufacturer of the parts for these doors. You could try & give them a call & see if they have this part that you seek.

Teak Isle is Boat Outfitters. The url takes you to the same place. I spoke to them. The plastic "catch" is not made.
