We are in Marathon. So love the Keys. 80+ degrees, blue skies.

Got here yesterday from the east side of FL. Took a beating with the east wind until we turned the corner at Ocean Reef, then was smooth the rest of the way.

Wound up at the very end of a long side tie dock, now our favorite at this marina. The view from our salon looking towards the stern.

New Years day lunch - really needs to include a burger and fries. We went to Burdines, in my opinion one of the best burgers anywhere - fries are even better.

Had a chance to catch up another CSR member and his wife for drinks this afternoon. They were so kind to dinghy over from their marina to ours.

Tomorrow headed north, up the west coast of FL.

Meeting up with other CSR members is about half the fun of traveling somewhere new with your boat.

The keys are fun. Years ago we spent a few days at Key West. A good time was had by all.

very nice, we too were there last week.. pics to come

enjoy!

Just got back myself.

Happened to score this little guy on Key Largo.

We put a lot of miles on a 13 foot Boston Whaler. Would even run it out the Grand Haven channel when bigger boats would struggle with the waves. Great little boat.
