Fresh Water Tank Gauge Inop.

That will be great Ty very much who do I send it too… And let me know what I owe you… I can probably send them out next week some time…

Hello.. I also need my water tank indicator repaired. Same issue, always displaying full. Do you still repair? I have a 2012 54

Paul

If it is the same as the others pictured in this thread.
I will double check tonight, thank you. It looks exactly the same but I will pull it from the panel to look at the circuit board.

Piling on here. I successfully fixed the fresh water meter board. Thanks @speakrdude never thought I would get this fixed! Put new transistors right in with board still on wires. Board is available from Sea Ray as well. $90.

Is the holding tank gauge the same as the fresh water tank gauge? I replaced the transistors on my fresh water gauge and it works perfectly now, but I have a few transistors left over and my holding tank gauge doesn't work.

I’ve never worked on the other.
Just fresh water.
Should be the same technology. The transistors are used as a switch. The sensor sends a signal at different levels in the tank. That signal goes through the transistor to the respective LED. I’ll try changing them and let you know.

Hey Jim! I have the same LED issue on my fresh water indicator. Are you still offering to do this transistor repair? Im in Canda and will gkadly pay for all postage and let me know what you want for your expertise!!

OK Campers. I need some help with the parts for the level indicator in my fresh water tank. We have a 2000 380 Sundancer, and the water tank is under the V-Berth. The system is a five wire, with a 5-rod sensor in the tank and a level read-out on the main DC Board. It has a momentary switch to light up the level indicator. Parts Book says I need Sender Part Number 333393 and Indicator Gauge Part Number 806901. The symptoms are that it shows "EMPTY" just fine, but at any other level, all the levels light up when the indicator panel is switched on. I pulled the sender first and it basically fell apart. I carefully re-assembled it and no change. I removed the board and assume it is the problem, but I can not find a replacement for the SENDER, and the cross over for the indicator 'board' I found in the CSR archives (Intellitech 00-00315-000 for the 86901) has no picture. I have asked all the smart guys I know, but so far nothing. I would really like to just replace both components and move on to my regular maintenance items. Help!??

Has anyone solved the 5-rod sensor mystery. I cannot find a replacement for my 2001 420AC.

Is this the same gauge, may I send it to you to repair? Thank you. Drew
