fuse box "86" 270 sundancer

Can't seem to find where the fuse box is at on this 1986 270 sundancer My horn and water pumps is out. Can somebody please help ne with this

Couldn't get your manual to come up on Sea Ray's site but the 88's have the breakers just above each switch... so no fuses. Is yours made this way?
