Since I can't seem to find a likely spot for refurb threads, I might as well use this to show the progress on the old girl.
You've already seen a bit of the work involved with the outdrives, so we'll just carry on as items are addressed.
We already winterized the engines and generator, so we built a teepee to hold the tarp up against the snow (I hope).

We'll take advantage of the winter down-time to buff the paint and corrosion from the outdrives, then paint and assemble with new bellows and shift cables come next Spring.

Here we are with the tarps in place. Winter can come pretty hard in north Idaho, but you'd never know that from this picture.
