Don...
Since we'll have our owner slip outside our condo how is the water depth there????
any good sea ray mechanics in the neighborhood???

The depth by the condo's is fine. It's a bit of a ride out to the open bay.....but worth every minute. The Marina I use for my short haul is right next door to the condos......its La Sala Boat Yard.......they have a great Sea Ray mechanic that works out of that yard......I've been using him for YEARS.......he is great !

Once you get settled in......let me know.....I'll give you some phone #'s and local contacts that you may need. I'll also show you some of our favorite spots on the South Shore .
