Helm light panel

When I turn on my water pump, all the lights go on at the helm panel? Also, when I turn on my blower, the water pump light comes on? Has anyone seen this before? Any thoughts on what is happening? Pics attached.

Has been like this since you bought it? If you look at the wiring the diagrams the switch activates a relay that has an extra output for the light. My guess is that someone miswired it.

Start checking all of your grounds for the various things that are mysteriously coming on.
