How long for new coolant/trans samples?

I recently changed my coolant and transmission oil and sent in SOS samples to Cat. Unfortunately, they lost both coolant and one transmission sample somehow so all I have is the port side trans results.

How long would I need to run them before I would be able to get an accurate sample result again?
