Chris, I do have life-long carpentry skills but I'm not a fiberglass tech or an electrician. I spent about a year researching, reading and watching videos. I bought a couple of extra tools and spent about $300 on resin. (Definitely use epoxy! It's much stronger and nicer to work with.) That's how I built my confidence. Once I started, the job took longer than I thought it would but it was actually fairly straight forward. If you are motivated, I know you could do it! Message me anytime if you decide to go ahead.

excellent start to finish job. Anything is possible. I drilled 4 holes in the transom to install 4 underwater lights.... that alone had a pucker effect of 7.
