Jammed Impeller

Just to be clear, we're talking about this stuff for sanding? I'm headed to the boat first thing in the morning to put this thing back together.

I was with the other guys, but now it looks like corrosion. Hey, maybe it's that the monitor at the office is better or,... maybe it's these refreshments.

I say throw that in the trash. He cut the last one out with a torch? Not going back to check..but if so time to move on from this pump

Sanded it all down, installed new gasket and seal, cleaned inside and greased the shaft and sleeve heavily ..all running well.

thanks for all the opinions/advice. Hoping next time this will be an easier process. :)

Did it go in smoothly? ( not tryin’ to sound weird ;) , even though it sounded weird) I ordered the kit and planning on removing and reinstalling the impeller.

My wife and I have been re-watching The Office (so good) so first thing I thought of was “that’s what she said”in response to your comment.

Yeah no problems. I also had the rebuild kit with new plates Once I lubed it up it slid right in (that’s what she said) .. with the help of a zip tie.
