    Hey All,

This will be out first year with our Sea Ray and we are looking forward to enjoying her all summer. I wanted to make our first family summer holiday a special one (working Memorial Day weekend). I will be coming out of Brick, any special spots were we can easily see fireworks and is safe to anchor? TIA

We used to boat down there and loved going to Beachwood (Toms River)for fireworks. They put on a great show and there’s plenty of anchoring options for overnighting.

Also, there are weekly fireworks on the Metedeconk either in June or July. I think it’s called summer fest.

Thank you! Our marina is right next to the park where Summerfest happens in July, which will be a treat. Any recs on anchorage by Beachwood?

Are you at Wehrlen Bros? That's where we used to be. For Beachwood, it depends on how close you want to be to the fireworks. We always preferred to anchor a little farther back from the crowd on the North side of the river. Then when the show ends, you're not in the middle of the mass exodus of boats. There's sort of a cove there that's nice for overnighting.
