Keep Track of Rising Prices

Natural gas, our budget bill was $55/mo, now is $98/mo.
I am afraid this is just the beginning, phmsa rolled out what is called the MEGA rule this year. Basically they are now regulating low pressure gathering pipelines, basically holding them to the same requirements as high pressure transmission pipelines. The cost to pipeline companies is going to be tremendous, and I am sure this will end up getting passed on to the consumer.

This was a shakedown after some engine work, believe we have a bad injector on the port engine, black smoke under load. Both turbos new. We've been dancing around the injector possibilty for awhile now but had to check off some other possibilities. Now we are there....heading back to the slip now, son at the helm.

With gas prices seeming to be dropping, I have this theory. Now hear me out….
Gas at say 2.50. So oil companies start jacking up little by little until it’s 5.50. Making record profits.
Then slowly back it down to say $4. And everyone going, cool! Gas prices down. And everyone happy.
So now they just made $4 the new normal.
Everyone just got boned up the butt and is happy about it.
I’m telling you this is what is going on. Next spring you’ll be happy to fill the tank at $4 a gallon and saying thank god gas prices came down.
Can I get a hallelujah?

The new price around Kent Narrows, MD is $5.44 down almost a buck.

I won't be happy until they re-open the pipe line and we are on our own again. Until that point let stupidity reign ...

Seen it done multiple times since the 70's (and probably a lot longer). "Now that's more like it" heard at every pump that is at 399.9 next week.
I saw 4.46 down to 4.01 on the same road same town today.
Gimme back my 2$ gas bitches.
