I’m a GPYC member if you need a sponsor or have questions, great club. I’m also on harbor committee, even though I keep my boat at the GPF park marina.
 
@sb in gp ...thanks for the offer. That post was old. I joined GPYC in 2018 and I was a member for one month. At the time they could not give me an assigned slip and wanted to bounce me around the marina until they could... I opted out and moved the boat down to Lake Erie ...very nice club and still wish it worked out

Looking at the pic, you can see them building the new bar in the area. Always a good thing to have another place on the lake to get a bite to eat or drink. Won't be taking Irie into the cannel to get to the new place, but I assume you will see my dinghy there a lot, as it is pretty close to our marina.
Like every year, I can't wait to get back out on the water. Only a couple of trips planned so far this year. Going to go back to Mackinaw Island and hit the Lake Huron ports along the way. Always do Metro in about the middle of August and I hope to make it back to PIB and Cedar Point this season.

Brent, Great Lakes and I will be in PIB from July 11th to the 16th. You should try to hit it while we're there. I'll have Great Lakes buy you a beer or 4....

I wondered if we can get back in there to the restaurant ... so it’s a no now especially with water down?

Joe (Ezsteps), shoot, I am hoping to get to PIB and Cedar Point in August. July is when I am heading into Huron for Mackinaw, planning on returning on Monday July 12th.
