Hello,
I am from belgium and have a sea ray 230 spx sunsport 2018.
The boat stay's on dry dock whole year in Croatie island RAB and is well maintained by a local certified mercruiser dealer.
Now I recieved a lettre from sea ray : attached file

Can someone help me which wire (from where to where) I have to change from 10mm to 6mm,so I can explain to the mecanic in croatie.
Is it the positive wire from the alternator to the main DC breaker
or from the DC breaker to battery switches
or from the battery switches to the battery's
I have 2 battery's.
Sorry for my bad english.
I try to contact sea ray but nobody is home there???? And belgian boat service say's nothing because they don't do the maintenance on the boat.
greetings
bruno

You are not reading the letter correctly
The letter is in US measurements

the wire is now a 10 AWG American Wire Gauge that would be 5mm wire.
The wire needs to be LARGER 6 AWG or 13mm.

the wire is not identified except to say it is from the main DC breaker to the control station

this should be a main feed cable to the helm area

I think that letter is intended only to make sure you talk it over with your service dealer. It is not specific enough to know exactly which wire is to be replaced. But your dealer should have access to the specifics through Sea Ray.

I'd suggest you send the letter to your marina and ask them to reach out to Sea Ray directly to confirm what needs to be done.

OK, thanks
I just recieved a call of belgian boat service (strange) ...they will send me the cable +correct info what has to be done.
I am very happy now I can go on.
Thanks
Bruno

And your English is fine. Try talking to a West Virginian.
Why does it always have to be the hillbilly?

Bruno... Sounds like you have what you need now.
Best of luck and welcome to CSR!
