Hello I am new to the SeaRay community i have a 2007 Sea Ray 205 Sport. In the manual it talks about inspecting limber holes but does not provide location. Where are these located?? I could not find any images or diagrams online. Also does anyone know if they used wood or composite for this type vessel?

Edwin, limber holes in boats allow water to drain to the lowest point, i.e. the bilge. I have a 185, so I'm assuming it's similar, if not the the same - the easiest ones to locate will be the ones where your floor meets the rear bench, there should be 2 fittings(one on each side). From there, if you look in your ski locker, there should be at least 1 drain at the stern end, and there might be one on the bow end(I can't recall if there is one on the bow side, but I believe there is). And, lastly, the 2 storage compartments in the bow will have a passage for any water that might accumulate there - these don't have a fitting, it's just how the hull and seating compartment were molded/fit together, it leaves a small gap at the bottom.

Thank you for the reply. Yes I do see the drain holes from the anchor locker to the ski locker to the bilge area. The manual refers to inspecting limber holes in the bilge area under section 8. It might be that this manual was copied and pasted from an older manual and my model does not have the limber holes. I do see these plug looking things (see attached photos). I have two of them in the bilge side walls and one near the battery . Do you know that these are?

I am not sure what those plugs are for. I don't believe my 06 185 Sport has them. If I had to guess, they are inspection holes to check for water within those cavities...but, again, not sure why your 205 would have them and my 185 doesn't. Maybe they were added by a previous owner?
