We’re hoping to secure a boat this season...and want a few resources to have in pocket for when we’re ready to go. Any recommendations for reputable, accredited and seasoned pros are much appreciated.

Very happy with our survey last fall by Dave of our new to us 2004 390 DA.

If your boat search takes you to NW Indiana, we used this man in the past and had a good experience.

Dave Boersma surveyed our Tiara for the guy who bought it. Very thorough.

I used Dave this past summer on a 37". Did a nice job.
He spent a good 45 minutes to an hour sounding every bit of the hull with his hammer and meter before going aboard the boat. Then another 30 minutes in the bilge with his hammer and meter. After this the boat was put into the water. He checked out the plumbing and went on the sea trial with a mechanic which took an hour. All the instruments were checked for proper operation. Boat was run at WOT for about 2 minutes to see if anything broke or registered an out of spec reading on the gauges. The mechanic was in the bilge during this part of the trial.
