Makes a guy wonder.....

Why isn't Fox news sending an investigative crew on site in Idaho to prove this out?

Because Fox ain't what it used to be:( Someone should drop a note to Tucker, he would be the only one at FOX that would look into it. Once he did, the rest will just Parrot him. I am so done with just about all of the cable news programs. I find perusing my news feed from all outlets on my computer I get the basic gist of the news reading between the lines of several authors on the same subject. I find that I spend way less time being angry somehow.

Because like a lot of things, it "doesn't exist ". Like many other things, it's even removed from Google Earth.

Assuming they even heard about it from my cousin's uncle's sister, my guess is they sent some low level reporter out to check it out who determined that it was a typical internet conspiracy theory. I don't know, but that's what I heard....

I have to agree on that. As much as I think that Trump sowed more division than any prior President in recent history (I know you will disagree-so be it), that was nothing compared to what the media did and still does (all media, including MSM as well the even more biased and polarized alt-media). The CNN, MSNBC, and Fox LOVED the opportunity that Trump presented for them to lock in viewers and they flamed division and anger of Americans against Americans. All of them. Maybe the Fox, CNN, MSNBC and NewMax anchors and the companies should be part of the investigation into their roles in leading up to the January 6th Capital hill chaos.

Just saw on the morning news that a guy was just arrested for felony murder and kidnapping in Oakland Ca. Big surprise, he is a former Afghan translator relocated to the US. These are all just nice people that need a chance at a better life though.

Are you talking about the murder OF a former Afgan translator that was an Uber Driver?

Is that considered a crime in Oakland? (;-)

Dude, have you never heard of Barak Hussein Obama? The greatest divider ever. The author of "...you didn't build dat, someone else build dat". He built the biggest us vs. them, black vs. white, rich vs. poor environment since the civil war. Now he is the one with his hand up Biden's ass running the sock puppet. Do you think Biden would willingly call Kamala "President harris" if the Obummer arm wasn't elbow deep up his ass running his mouth? Or maybe he is senile.

Anyway, Trump couldn't hold a candle to Obama's divisiveness, not even close. The media wing of the left sowed the divisiveness under Trump.

Uh, I think I mis understood the report, My Bad. I think you are right, the murdered Uber driver was the Afghan. Just another example of the Implicit Bias I am guilty of as an old white guy of privilege. I will do some internal reflection and feel bad the rest of the day, I promise. The murderer was a black guy but I am sure he was disenfranchised and deprived of equity due to covid so I hope they go easy on him. He will be out on No Bail and I am sure he will dutifully show up his on OR to stand trial.

On a related note, our Governor just announced he is allocating 250 million dollars in his budget to combat the rampant smash and grab mob robberies and at the same time is supporting legislation to reverse the 3 three strikes sentencing law. The end result will be to make sure none of these punks end up doing the time they deserve for being career criminals since the robberies are not violent crimes and only property crimes. Utopia is within reach after all:)

Please do not forget the “racial healer.” The Beer Summit.

Barack Obama found himself unwittingly in the middle of the ongoing debate over racial profiling when he gave divisive remarks after the arrest of Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. in his own home. Obama's image as a racial healer never recovered.”

“In that moment, any notion that Obama’s election had transformed America into some kind of post-racial society was shattered”

Geez what does an Uber driver have to do wrong to justify killing him?

Hey Carp, how's it goin with your internal reflection and feeling bad? It's been just over an hour since you posted that. Have you sung KumBayah yet, gotten in touch with your inner self? I think it's time for another cup of healing coffee!

Your view is clear. I don't think Obama was a good president. He was not able to make very much happen and was too left wing for my liking. But other than his clear bias towards black/white issues, he was not trying to divide America.

But it was NOT just the left media sowing divisiveness then or now. Fox and NewsMax are just as guilty of fanning the flames for financial benefit. Follow the money. Its all about market share. And pissed off and fired up people lock onto the media channels that aligns to their views. CNN, MSNBC, Fox are all the same. I find ABC to be the least biased and tend to report factually. Not all the time, but most of the time.

I have to agree that the courts letting this career criminals off light is ruining society. We have the same issue in Canada. I cannot fathom what harm there would be if these hardened criminals never saw the light of day. If prisons are too full, build more. Fix societal issues for the next generation, create opportunities for jobs and lives outside of crime, but take the violent and career criminals out of society.

Did you see this YouTube video? Is society better off taking a minute minuscule snowballs chance in hell that he will emerge from jail a model citizen, or just chalk it off to “one more for the scrap reject pile” and make it permanent?

I immersed myself in a sewing project and forgot all about feeling bad and finding my inner self. I made one hell of a nice windshield sunshade for a 40 foot aft cabin Del Rey, earned a few hundred bucks and decided I can live with myself after all.
Thanks for asking @gofirstclass:rolleyes:

Makes me happy to see that I wasn't the only one wrapped in thread and needles today. I did an embroidery design for us folks up here in the PNW and added my boat name to the bottom of it. Turned out pretty good even with breaking a needle bar spring. Two hours of looking now and I had to take a break. Dang 30 year old springs are hard to find.

Well it didn’t start political, but down the rabbit hole we go to the holding tank lolz.
