Manifold torque specs

Anyone happen to know the torque specs for manifold bolts and elbows on a 8.1 horizon? I'm finding anywhere from 15-25 on the elbows to 25-30 on the manifolds.

those are the specs I use. there' no water pressure on those points. just exhaust, so just right enough to have no leaks.
