So working on redoing my interior on our 1986 250 Dancer. There is a piece below the mirror at the front of the v-berth that I can't figure out how to remove. I got the side pieces off (the 6' long ones that go the full length of the cushions). This one in the front has no pleats or anything. Seems to be about a 1/4" thick piece of plywood covered in about 1" thick foam and wrapped in the material. My guess is that it HAS to be attached from the backside (inside the anchor locker) but I can't see anything in there unless they fiberglassed over top of the screws? I thought about just getting a prybar and forcing it off and just start with a new piece of wood if I ruin that one but would rather find a more proper way of removing it.

This is the center piece about 5" tall and maybe 20" long that connects the 2 backrest pieces that run the length of the cushions.

Any help?
