Does anyone have any experience with the Meguiar's M21 Synthetic Sealant or synthetic sealants in general. I'm thinking about trying this product out this spring and would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

The Meg 21 is a good sealant, long lasting, and fairly easy to use. I have used it on cars and it does well. It becomes somewhat subjective on a comparison to other sealants, but generally is is as good as others from mothers, griots, chemical guys, duragloss, etc.
I have not used it on a boat, but I would expect it to perform similarly. Not sure I would select it over other choices, but no issues.

Thanks for the info. Is the sealant something I apply over wax, under wax, or in lieu of wax? I was thinking the wax may prevent the sealant from adhering to the fiberglass. So it may need to be applied first.

A sealant can go under wax, but not over it. However, do not use a cleaner wax over sealant as the cleaning agents will likely remove the sealant. Most modern “waxes” are really more of a sealant as they contain polymers mixed in with carnuba. True wax has better shine, but only lasts a short time in the marine environment. Synthetic waxes or sealants are much better suited for boats. I prefer Meguiars flagship premium wax (really a polymer sealant), Duragloss 501, Marine 31 wax and sealant, and Starbrite Marine polish. All of these are technically sealants regardless of the name. Have used all of them over the 30 years I have detailed my boats and friends. All work well.
None of these is for removing oxidation, I am assuming you are starting from a clean shiny surface.
