IDK. The dick who bot my building offered 16% of it's value. I told the broker I wouldn't dignify it with a response. And that wasn't the end of his dickiness.

She’s ours! We drove her to her new home yesterday and spent the day cleaning and prepping for the season. We still have a lot to learn and I’ll be here with open ears regularly to take in as much as I can. Thanks to all of those that provided so much helpful feedback, especially Stee! Hoping whenever there’s another Great Lakes CSR get together we get to finally put some names to faces.

I didn’t get many pics, but here she is getting cleaned up after our first dinner on the grill.

Dude, your swim platform is bigger than my whole boat! Your new boat looks great, and even if it needs a few love-buck$, it looks worth it.
