Misfire/Depth Finder

The MPI’s are sensitive to pressure, you start losing top end once you drop below 40 psi. My mechanic said that you don’t notice it as much in cars because they don’t spend as much time at high rpm.
 
Either it is right or it isn't. Cars are closed loop w/O2 sensor increasing duration of pulse if it's burning lean. Duh.
 
Sorry it took so long to get back here. After another sad day at the dock, finally the condition was corrected.
The IAC was replaced (working conditions, but not retracting enough), the contact between the IAC and the hornets on both ends was not ok. The hornets was replaced and the other end to the board was sanded and cleaned. Looks like this took care of the problem.

Great! It feels good to finally get a problem although it takes a while to be sure. Damn hornets! 2 wks later the doc in a box sent me a letter saying I had MRSA!
