Thinking of a week in mission bay mid spring. Usually do the Catalina thing or San Pedro trip out of Newport Beach but looking for something new. Been to San Diego twice just for customs transiting for Ensenada. Considering Sightseeing, dining (covid permitting), kayaking, maybe museums etc. on the hook is fine. Don't know where to begin. Where do we park, get shore access with dinghy, restaraunt docks all that stuff. Maybe even dinghy shore access for uber to old town, zoo, red lantern etc. Any pointers?

I have a friend who has his 57' McKinna in San Diego who recommended the concerts at Humphries Resort. Bring the boat down and either get a mooring or a guest slip at Shelter Island Marina or Half Moon. Or if you are a member of a yacht club, a lot of the clubs there offer reciprocity. I'm thinking about doing the trip once concerts are back on their schedule, starting June 3rd. Below are links to the Resort, concert schedule and the marina with guest slip rates.
