I have 2007 SunDeck 220. While getting off the lake the digital screen (under the speedometer- depth, oil pressure etc...) just went out. Then I noticed the trim gauge is showing the trim is down and it is all the way up, the gas gauge is working - even though the key is off, and finally the lights inside the gauges was stuck on - there is no switch to just turn them on/off- just the gauge lights no others. Any thoughts?? I disconnected the batteries and the lights went off but now they won't come on even when I turn the Nav lights on. The trim gauge is still showing down and the gas gauge is still reading with key off. ??? John

While getting off the lake the digital screen (under the speedometer- depth, oil pressure etc...) just went out

loose wires, corrosion in plug ends

Then I noticed the trim gauge is showing the trim is down and it is all the way up

bad gauge or bad sender

the gas gauge is working - even though the key is off,

stuck gauge

the lights inside the gauges was stuck on - there is no switch to just turn them on/off- just the gauge lights no others.

loose corroded ground backfeeding,

I just had this happen to me a few weekends ago. The battery I was running on was low. When I finally shut the motor down and switched to the other battery everything came back to normal.

Batteries and all connections were fine, but we found the problem...engine kill switch on the throttle was bumped into the down position; apparently while loading it...but it did not cut the engine off???--but it shutoff the digital gauge and froze the trim and gas gauge....everything seems to be fine now.
