Need help!! Calling all Experienced Mechanics!!!

I haven't had anything tested or scanned yet... no one around me does it, I have to take my boat 1.5 hours away to get it done. Throttle not sticking...throttle control sensor, I'm going to order next week, I should have put that in when I put the IAC in...lol.

Brain fart... Thought this was a dual engine boat. Too many threads going on!
LOL....I hear ya!! But if u have one laying around, send it to me to try out!!! LOL

You could send it out, tested and repaired, and returned with a very short turn around.
OBD Diagnostics. He's good/.

Can u send me a link, I'm pulling up a bunch of stuff off that... never mind found him finally...$80. After test run when injectors come back, I'll send this off next if still acts up...really leaning towards that vapor locking....might order a fuel pump assist and try that, reading tons of forums and it seems to help out a ton of people... https://www.summitracing.com/parts/crt-p4600hp

So after all, it was the fuel injectors. Had the boat out in 90° weather and not a hiccup!!! If u guys hear of the same issue, start with the injectors if they have them. Thanks a lot guys, u were a big help in all this, so, " thank you"!!

Glad to hear you got the engine straightened out.

Since that's out of the way I'm going to chime in on your side issue the relays for the exhaust control.
These are in your engine room and as such really need to be proper marine "ignition protected",SAE J1171, ISO 8446 or UL1500 certified.
It is hard to find proper marine electrical components anywhere and Amazon is likely the worst because anyone can claim "marine".

Picker PC792A series bosch style relays are all certified and these in particular also have the extend shroud for the water proof socket which I would suggest given the corrosion on your current relays. These are the relay and the socket harness.

And these Mercury Trim pump relays are clearly marked J1171 in the images.

I have used iRapsody and they came in marked J1171, plus you can see the bottoms are epoxy sealed plus the boot. (YMMV)

Thank you! Will definitely get these! It's affecting my exhaust and trim and who knows what else...lol

Hey, just a heads up, boat still purring like a champ!! I have a question concerning all my biat guages....My guage lights barely light up. When I messed with my ground wire it seemed to help a little better. What connector do I need to buy that slides over the THREADED pole on the back of the guages. I can't find it anywhere because I don't know the name of the connector...Anyone?? Tks!!
