New 1984 225SRV

I agree...I'm standing here in the shop looking at the boat right now and it just makes me sick.

I'll be on the water this spring, but out won't be in this boat. I'm looking for a good amberjack. I want one engine still...

I'm bummed, not to mention pursuing this guy for the money. His check was cashed the next morning.

Well, the boat is sold. I'm parting out everything that didn't go with it now including the trailer. I'm getting my money back out of it and then some so that's good...someone else is going to get the project so the boat isn't going to be junked...and that's good too. If anyone knows of a good 255 AJ with a single 7.4 or a nice (as in needs almost nothing) 225 cuddy I'd be seriously interested in one.

Thanks

Sorry to hear that you had to let it go. Best of luck on your search!

Well, it's all gone away, the boat, all of the parts I had gathered, everything but the trailer.

I think I've found another boat, but of course it's 700 miles from here. :) Anyone live in upstate Indiana that wants to go check out a boat for me???

I'll find out Monday if I need to fly up to check it out. I suppose I need to start a new thread...

If interested I have a 1980 SRV225 Express Cruiser that's in very nice shape. Brand new 5.7 with center risers and drive gone through. Good trailer. Best part I'm in Greenville, SC.

Let me know if interested 864.525.2187

Ok, now I am waiting to hear what happened! This must be similiar to why people get in to soap operas! What a great site this is!

I'm hoping to go see it on wednesday.

It didn't work for me on that particular boat. Nice boat though, it's well worth the price he's asking. I want more cockpit space.
