Hello everyone,

I am a new owner of a 95 330 Sundancer which I purchased earlier this month.
As this is not my 1st boat, I am still trying to find out as much information as I can about the boat. The previous owner did not take good care of it at all..so I am trying to get all the bugs and maintenance taken care of immediately.
I am hoping someone will/can answer most of my questions as I go. Please bare with me.

1) (never thought I'd ask such question) What does the bilge button do? or should I ask, which bilge pump does it control? This is the button next to the accessories button to the right of the port side of the switches. It does nothing when I press it.
There is a 2nd bilge button in the center of the switches and it kicks in the bilge pump.
PS. I do not see a forward bilge pump in the cabin floor but there are 2 bilge pumps in the engine compartment. Could this switch be an AUTO (on/off) switch for one of the bilge pumps?

2) Shower box is cracked - Also the shower bilge hose is cracked
I replaced the box with a new box. As I am testing the box all happy, i realized the bilge hose is also cracked and leaking 1/2 foot further in the access hole. So now I am trying to replace the hose..but it appears to go under the stairs and up where the shower sink is. I grabbed the hose from under the shower sink and tried to pull it. It does not move on the other end where the shower box is. It might be ziptied somewhere.
How can I get this hose out? Do i need to remove the steps inside? It appears to be impossible to get to.

3) AC not working
lastly, boat is equipped with an A/C unit under the cabin bed. It appears to be a factory unit.
I press the A/C panel power button and it does nothing. It appears no power is going to the unit. There are no A/C switches in the panel (except the A.C converter which is for the batteries). I read on here it could be powered thru the back of one of the outlets. I found an outlet with the RESET button. Pressed the reset button and outlets all work, so no luck there.
I ran out of things to try. I feel like there is a master switch for the A/C somewhere. Perhaps in the bilge?

PS. I am in the process of installing the new dash panels from FP marine. I can do a review if anyone is interested. I could not find detailed pictures online.

Any help would be appreciated.

So far I have:
Replaced engines oil with filters,
fuel filters,
fixed the engine hatch (pin was removed),
replaced most cabin bulbs with LED's
Cleaned the heck out of the interior..more cleaning coming up
**I need to find a way to get some of the bow rail bases out. Rails broke off at the base due to shrink wrap (so the previous owner says).

Welcome to CSR! As mentioned above the bilge question is the easy one - it's for the lights mounted inside the bilge. There aren't many and can sometimes be hard to see in the daytime.

I am wondering if your AC unit is aftermarket. If it were original I'm assuming you'd have a breaker for it on the 110V side of your main panel. If someone added it aftermarket the switch could be in an unusual spot. Have you checked around your shore power connections to see if there are any oddly placed breakers?

Thank you Techmitch and Stee6043,

Sure enough, there are two light fixtures in the bilge and the bulbs were out. Replacing those with some LEDs.

To answer my own questions...
1) Bilge switch was for the for the lights in the bilge (thank you)
2) the shower box bilge hose out - I was able to remove it after removing the inner lower step.
3) I finally got the a/c running - the AC unit appears to be factory but it was connected with the generator breaker switch. My 330 does not have a generator, but somehow it was connected to that breaker switch. I need to find a way to remove the 'generator' letters and add 'air conditioning or ac'.
On that note, it appears it does not have a heating system. It will only run cold air or fan. It also does not have a temp sensor so it will not automatically re-adjust. Oh well, better have one than not have one at all I guess.

Off to the next project. Fixing the bow rail broken to the base. I expect to remove some of the compartments.
