New Gigantic Swim Platform on '97 250 Sundancer

That looks awesome and it is huge!! My marina just installed a similar looking one on a Silverton 30 Express. It is definitely a quality product!

Now ya gotta get these! Lol ImageUploadedByTapatalk 21376314530.939455.jpg

I was very tempted - they look awesome! But I had to draw the line somewhere on the cost.

It was a total of about $2K, $1500 for the platform and $5K for shipping from Phoenix to Rochester, NY which is a long haul.

I don't know what Sea Ray was thinking about when they designed the factory 'swim platform' if you can call it that. It was pathetic, nearly useless and downright dangerous when at the beach with the outdrive trimmed up. This swim platform from swimplatforms.com solves those problems and more. It adds such a new dimension to the boat. It completely changes the way we use the boat. Installation was relatively easy and it's solid as a rock. I haven't really had a chance to accessorize it yet (grills, chairs, etc.) but that will come in time.

Just found this thread. I literally broke my coccyx (tail bone) on the stern drive of my '97 250DA when I slipped off the SP at the beach.
