New guy here!

Hi all,

Matt out of San Antonio TX here. First "real" boat as a "real" adult. Looking forward to learning and meeting everyone!
Welcome aboard.
We are simple and sometimes juvenile, so fewer words and more pictures please!

Thank you! I wish I had pics to share of the boat! It seems hard to find good owner pics out here anywhere right now.

Looking for owner interior colors. Wife want's the tan... I think it might be TOO TAN though.

Thank you all!

Talking to a friend of mine today... I mentioned the boat thing. I hear, "Do not EVER buy a brand new boat. No! Complete and total loss of money. Don't ever buy a new boat."

One thing I've learned over the last couple weeks is that just about everyone that does not have a boat has a VERY strong "opinion" on what is right or wrong. Don't ever do this, don't do that, never buy this brand, only do this, make sure you have 900 horse power, don't get the upgrades, get this instead. The ONLY thing that is consistent is that Maintenance is a huge pain in the ass and it's a LOT of work.

Kinda funny how those without boats seem to know "everything." LOL!

There are a couple good points in there …. But in the end it’s your decision or in my case my wife’s decision :). We have bought a lot of new and used boats…. Never regretted one of them. Good luck and welcome aboard….
Get high speed tires on that new trailer pulling it around with that raptor :). Now there is something I would talk you out of buying new :)

Welcome aboard Matt! I am in Houston and travel to San Antonio often.

Thank you all!

My first 2 were new, by the 3rd I knew enough to be comfortable buying used, all used since then. Cars are different, i have only bought new since i was old enough to afford new.
Apples and oranges. I need my car to start every day. The boat, not so much.
