Ha, thats a great boat
Im going to keep her in Ft Lauderdale. Long story short, moved from ft laud to Atl 10 years ago after the recession hit me . Lost the boat, house, etc. Have missed the lifestyle since. Well, the wife and i met some friends for new years and looked at a few 70 Hats kind of a condo vacation home type of thing. My wife is a bit more practical than me and started looking for houses there. Found one, 48 ft dock close in two weeks. Found this at a great price, have always loved the style of these, I am super excited

LOL.. When I first moved here from California back in 2013 I kept my boat behind a house on Avocado isle for awhile until I found the marina I am in now. I hated that place only had 1 foot front and back to piviot my boat to spin her around. I threw in the towel when i went there one day to take the boat out and it was windy.... Left and went dock looking and found the little marina behind Rio Nuevo condos.
