New Marina Planned Across From Delaware City

Fort Dupont Redevelopment is planning to build a 120 slip marina across the canal from Delaware City ( https://fortdupont.org/marina-village/ ). Not sure about the timing of the construction. A hotel is also planned.

The Officers Row and Canal District housing construction is underway with most of the units already being sold. No idea about the timing of the construction of the marina and/or hotel. With the houses selling so well the redevelopment corporation should have plenty of money to construct the marina and hotel.
