Hi all

I just made my very first boat purchase. A 1994 220 overnighter signature series. The boat showed very well, clean in all the right places. The interior is good with one seam that needs to be addressed. Snap-in carpet, three tops, and the cuddy are all good. The engine bay was squeaky clean and she puts like a kitten. I don't have insurance yet so she is still on a trailer but we floated her off the trailer last night at the ramp and there is a slight list to starboard with no one on the boat. There isn't much in the way of gear in the boat but the freshwater tank is empty. Is that enough to make it list a bit (2 inches prob) or should I be concerned? We went over her with a pretty fine-tooth comb before purchase but never had a chance to see her empty. When we launched for the sea test the previous owner was already in it because of the ramp setup. I hope I didn't just buy a very pretty anchor. Yikes!

Justin, surprised the crew on this site isn't all over you listing question. Really hard to tell what is the issue but here are some thoughts:
1. Battery/Batteries on the Starboard side in the engine compartment?
2. Do you have trim tabs and are both strait out?
4. Did it list during the test drive or drive strait?
5. Are there any other tanks on the boat that have liquid(Holding, live well, ect)?

Good luck!

Here's a little more: http://clubsearay.com/index.php?threads/i-may-have-screwed-up-listing-to-starboard.95427/
