hello!

Well let me be the first to open the Dorr and welcome you to CSR. OK, that pun was really bad, but you're still welcome.

Love humor, I see you are in GH,we ended up in Muskegon, knew Brian Keenan real well, he sold the Marina and retired, so we stayed where we purchased the boat.

Whoops sorry, I just realized you are in the WA area.

Welcome aboard. Just West of you in Burnips, but home port is Saugatuck. These boards will help you learn everything you need to know about your new home away from home.

Now that really is a small world! We too were looking at Saugatuck, Grand Haven, or Holland, but decided to stay at Muskegon.

Muskegon is great as long as you don't mind the drive there. Holland (Lake Mac) is too dirty and always seems rough, Saugatuck prices have gone out of control and it is nearly impossible to find a slip to rent (we have been there seven years and don't dare leave for fear of not being able to get back in if we wanted to), and Grand Haven is nice as well. The rivers in Grand Haven and Saugatuck are always nice options to go explore when the weather isn't conducive for Lake MI. I haven't had much change to explore Muskegon much, but I hear the Muskegon/Whitehall combination is great.

lol.
About an hour north of Dorr, our port is in Muskegon Michigan.

Welcome! We enjoy hitting Dockers and the state park in Muskegon. It'll be interesting to see how the next few years of development impact boating on Muskegon Lake. Lots of potential it seems...

For sure! We really like the lake house right at our marina! Great food, awesome dock folks as well! Dockers is fantastic as well, we have 2 transient docks at the restaurant as well. They are in the process of cleaning the lumber from the bottom of Muskegon Lake, Pigeon Hill Brewery are Building a brand new Building right next to our Marina as well. That could be trouble for me, I love micro brew beer. lol
